23 School Plaques
A commercial client contracted with Duplantier to prep 23 plaques, which they had secured from Orleans Parish school buildings destroyed during Hurricane Katrina, for hanging in their downtown office. Duplantier cleaned and installed various brackets, bars, hangers and screws to the plaques which varied in size, weight and condition. A cable system to hang the plaques was provided so that their walls would not be damaged by other installation methods. From start to finish, the work was completed in less than 30 days.
